Discover the Secrets of Getting Pregnant Quickly and Naturally

Even when you’ve exhausted all options in your goal to become pregnant and it seems that it simply will never happen, there is still light at the end of the pregnancy tunnel (and no, I don’t mean the fallopian tubes). There are a number of infertility treatment options available. Given the options, it’s not an easy decision to choose which route to take, but hopefully this article will help steer you in the right direction.

Discover how Natural Infertility Treatment can help couples conceive.

Fertility Drugs – There are numerous infertility treatment drugs for women, which often focus on regulating different areas of their body that are otherwise having difficulty performing the required tasks on their own. The biggest issue with fertility drugs are their potential side effects, of which there are many. Users must carefully weigh their options versus the potential risks before going down this path.

Artificial Insemination – Probably the most well known infertility treatment, artificial insemination is performed by a doctor who will insert the sperm of the donor directly into the female’s cervix or uterus. The benefits of this treatment can go beyond just getting pregnant, as the sperm can be checked beforehand to ensure there are no genetic defects, and also ‘washed’, removing any potentially harmful chemicals from it. The biggest drawback to artificial insemination is the cost. The success rate of the procedure is in the 5-25% range.

In Vitro Fertilization – In vitro fertilization is a costly infertility treatment where the sperm of the male is directly implanted into the ovum of a female, which has been surgically removed from her. Despite the costs, the treatment is not guaranteed to meet with success, as approximately 35% of females under the age of 36 met with success, and the percentages only continue to drop from there in older women.

Another common side effect (though not necessarily a negative depending on the couple) is that IVF procedures result in multiple births at a much higher rate than natural, due to multiple embryos being used during the embryo transfer stage to increase the odds of success.

Natural Health Methods – Natural healing can refer to anything that doesn’t require surgery or pills, which often come with side effects and heightened costs, and may not even give the desired results. Natural healing is focused not on healing the specific issue, but rather the entire body. A strong, healthy body has been shown to have the capability to fight off just about any disease on its own, without the need for any of the above mentioned treatments.

Fertility improving minerals and vitamins are often emphasized, and acupuncture has also been shown to greatly improve a couple’s odds of conceiving. These natural health methods are cheap, safe, and most of all, highly effective.

I’d like to thank Lisa Olson and her book Pregnancy Miracle for supplying much of the helpful information that appears in this article. Lisa has written an incredible book on overcoming infertility that I’ve really taken to heart, and I think any couple looking to get pregnant could learn a thing or two from this great book. This book places a strong emphasis on infertility treatment programs utilizing natural healing, which I place a great deal of trust in. I’d highly recommend this book.
